"Shade matched perfectly"
I basically used the photos as my quick gut-check, and the shade ended up looking exactly like them in person. Super easy choice, and I’m really happy with it.

"I sent my order back weeks ago and..."
I sent my order back weeks ago and somehow my refund is still on an extended vacation. Every time I contact support, I get these tiny little copy-paste replies from the “we’ll look into it” squad, and then absolutely nothing happens. Frustrating experience overall. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

"First impression: really nice packaging"
My snap judgment as soon as it arrived was that the packaging looked really tidy and well put together. Everything was secure, nothing was squashed, and it actually felt nice to open. I was happy with it right away.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered a few bits from dollbeauty.com and, to be honest, I wasn’t expecting the quality to be quite as good as it was. The lashes are really soft and don’t have that cheap plasticky feel, and the makeup applied nicely without looking patchy on my skin.
Everything pretty much matched the photos, which was a nice surprise, and none of it felt flimsy or cheap. I’ve used the products a few times now and they’ve held up well, so overall I’m really happy with what I got.

"Order Was Mostly Right, But Still Disappointing"
My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but one of the items was the wrong shade. Everything else was packed okay and was what I expected. I emailed customer service and they did sort it out, but it was still annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I was disappointed that the order wasn’t checked more carefully before it was sent

"Arrived quicker than I thought"
I ordered from Doll Beauty and was actually surprised by how quickly it showed up. My parcel arrived within a few days, which was faster than I expected, and everything was packed fine.
I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking barely updated at first, so I had no clue where it was for a bit. That bit felt a bit unnecessary, but it all turned up okay in the end...

"Good value for the price"
I ordered a few pairs of lashes and a lip product from Doll Beauty, i’m happy with what I got.
The prices feel fair, especially if you catch a discount. I trusted my gut when picking the styles, and the lashes ended up looking really nice and lasted more than one wear, so they felt worth it.
Delivery wasn’t super quick, but it wasn’t a big issue either. I’d probably order again if I wanted a few beauty bits without spending loads.

"Customer service took a bit longer than I expected"
They did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the response took longer than I was hoping. I can imagine other customers might feel the same if they need help quickly. Overall, the support was there, just a little slower than ideal.

"Pretty products, but wear time was just okay"
I ordered from Doll Beauty everything looked really nice when it arrived. The shades were pretty, and the products were easy enough to use, so first impression was definitely good.
The only thing for me was the wear time. It held up okay for a few hours, but it did start fading quicker than I expected, especially around my eyes. Not bad at all, just not something I’d call super long-lasting.

"Applies fine, but the blending is a hassle"
It goes on okay at first, but the blending took way longer than I expected. I kept working at it and it still felt like it didn’t want to blend evenly. It’s not terrible, but the blending was just annoying and took too much time.
